It's magic, 11 footballs magically deflated!

Its just like a mob boss, I didn't do anything, I don't know how the ball got deflated.

He didn't do it himself and probably didn't say deflate it this amount, but I'm sure he said I like the ball like this and the equipment manager, etc took care of it.

I'm not a Pats fan. So 11 footballs were under inflated in the first half. Halftime score was 17-7 Pats. In the second half the under inflated footballs are replaced with correctly inflated footballs and the Pats put up 28 unanswered points. What's the problem?

The problem is that rules were violated. Why are you glossing over that?

The problem is they broke a rule. It doesn't matter what the outcome of the game was. They cheated it's that simple.

I think Brady denying it will hurt the team and his coach more then anything.

BB said ask Brady. Blame passed down. If Brady says I didn't do it... then there is no individual guilty. Therefore, it goes back up to the top of the ladder - BB, the organization, and maybe even still upon Brady.

That or an equipment guy takes the fall with a nice settlement from the Patriots to do so. If he [equipment guy] says he did it, I assume he's going to be fired by the Pats or the league might step in and suspend him or something like that. I gotta believe this is the route they take to protect themselves the most.
