Jayson Stark: getting increasing indications a deal will get done with Jimmy Rollins going to the Dodgers. Not so much on Hamels though.

I'm fine with it. It's a start. J.P. Crawford is the shortstop of the future now. Probably be ready by 2016-2017.

Looks like Wade Miley will be traded to Boston shortly.

Works for me as well. Rollins will be a decent stop gap until Seager is ready in 2016.

If the Phillies can package Hamels and Rollins together, I would love a package of Gordon, Pederson, Lee, and throw in Ethier and maybe a low level prospect. Too much?

That's not bad, but I doubt we part with Pederson. Front office wants to keep Pederson, Seager, and Urias. The Phillies keep asking for those 3 in a deal for Hamels.

I still think Ethier can be a productive player if he plays every day. How many years are left on his contract?
