Re: wiscowilz's WWE2K14 Universe: A New Era in Wrestling

May Year 1 Week 4 News/Rumors/Dirt Sheet:

RAW:
Tag #1 contenders match this week as Tons of Funk faces The Wyatts
Angelina Love makes her in ring RAW debut

iMPACT:
Now that the Briscoes have revealed themselves, look for the feud between them and The Outlaws to take Impact by storm.
AJ Styles faces Austin Aries this week
The feud between Joe and Batista will continue this week

SMACKdown:
Unfortunately former Cruiserweight Champion Ultimo Dragon’s work visa has expired and he will no longer be a part of WNAW. We wish him the best in his future.
Y2J and Sheamus will team up against the opponents from KotR Alberto Del Rio and Wade Barrett
King Ziggler has said that this is the era of Ziggler and he is demanding a shot at the IC Title, currently held by the man he beat in the finals of the KotR Tournament Curtis Axel.
Tyson Kidd faces off with former partner Justin Gabriel

NXT:
New Champion to be crowned this week in a 5 match, 4 stage war this week.

FREE AGENTS:
There are still 10 free agents that GMs are working hard at signing. Expect a few more signings in the new month.

RUMORS:
It looks like a lesser known star will be the one getting crowned the next NXT champion this week on NXT TV as several of the better known guys will be moving up soon and NXT wants to push the younger stars.
It sounds as if Austin Bane will NOT be the only new wrestler for RAWs Dragon division.
Matt Morgan has his eyes on mentoring one of the NXT stars and the combination of the two could be very destructive.

Re: wiscowilz's WWE2K14 Universe: A New Era in Wrestling

The following statement has come down from the main offices of WNAW:

It is that exciting time when we enter our first World Championship Series of matches which will end with the first WNAW World Champions being crowned. During the World Championship PPV Series month the following things will occur.

Each brands championship, tag championship, junior championship and women’s championship will be defended no less than 3 times in the month. 1 of those will obviously come at each brands PPV and each title will also be defended twice on TV. These three title defenses will be very unique and must follow very strict guidelines. The third title defense will be against whomever is current ranked #1 in the rankings and will occur on the final week of the month leading up to the interbrand PPV. One title defense will be against the winner of a contenders match which will pit the top 4 ranked competitors (except in the case of tag which will be done in different ways on different brands) at that time against each other with the winner getting their title shot either later in the night, at the PPV, or on the next show (this can NOT coincide with the #1 contenders match). The final title match may be against whomever the GM chooses. If a champion loses the title during the month their rematch comes at the GMs discretion.

The brand champions as of the PPV will be pitted against each other in WORLD Title matches. The final 3 matches of the PPV will be secondary title matches for each brand.
