Swansea City buyers complete takeover
In a recent series of events, Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Ali Al Amoudi has completed his takeover of the Welsh Club Swansea City FC. Sheikh Mohammed now holds 56% of the shares. He has stated in an open letter to the fans that he is determined to turn Swansea City into a powerhouse and thus create a lasting dynasty.
Sheikh Mohammed already made an impact by stumping up £50m to be used on transfers. He also brought in a new manager on the back of the takeover.
The new manager goes by the name of Leonard Prince. The 42 year old manager hails from the City of London and has been making a name for himself by producing talents in the Southampton FC youth acadamy such as Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain, Gareth Bale, Theo Walcott and Calum Chambers.
"Prince has been given full control when it comes to decisions concerning the football team itself. We shall only acquire the players he wants. We trust him to have a plan and we shall not interfere in the football side of things. We expect him to win trophies but we will be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day." Said Sheikh Mohammed.
