If I had to make a guess, I'd say it will come out with the next gen. Maybe not a launch title, but right around release.

In a smart move by IllFonic, PS4 and PC players will get the chance to play for free and get a feel if we want the game or not while we take mini - breaks from The Show | March 27-29.

That's a smart move by them someone since I don't play online games. I will probably at least check this out and see if I like.

On another note gameplay of maneater came out and I think it looks fun and different and has a story. I mean who doesn't want to play as a shark and eat humans ?

Looking at my 2020 games list and future games list, I don't have a single AAA open world shooter unless you count Cyberpunk 2077.

It is early in the year though. Missed a game - Watch Dogs Legion could be considered a shooter depending on how you want to play the game. But yeah, other than that and CP2077, I don't have any open world shooters. I have a few linear shooters. But everything else is hack and slash melee based combat.
