Yes, still a charge a character. Even has a move that lets him crouch walk forward and keep his charge.

Anyone here still playing this? Just picked it back up after playing it for the first week and need someone to practice with. I played a lot of Marvel, Tekken and Blazblue but I haven't played Street Fighter in some years so I am pretty sure I will not be very good lol.

I'm really hoping the update today addresses that. Still no stats either. Capcom is really irritating with their support of this game. Haven't played in a week. Ready to hop back on the sticks, though.
