I see..so you can load up the undead souls right next to a bonfire or a merchant then use them right there by just pressing X and then spending them on gear or levelups?

Yup. Think of it like a bank for your souls, and you only pull out cash when you need it

Wow... my game just got a whole lot easier. Just tried out some sword I didn't even know I had. Now I'm kicking some serious ***.

This game is soooo good.

Okay so I figured out to go upstairs on your first real mission. Ending up going down and then got destroyed by these ghost ladies in the water. Had to run back down there to get my bloodstain and then ran away as fast as I could so I wouldn't die again.
