I'm sure most have finished the game by now, but I'll put my questions in a spoiler just in case.

You'll get these tools as you progress. Not sure when but you'll get it.

Thanks guys! Just hoping it's soon.

I just got past the second Scarecrow stage -- that walk down the corridor was pretty freaking trippy! -- and was just starting to kind of get frustrated seeing all the riddles, items, etc. I've had to leave behind because I can't get through the electric doors. Plus, goodness knows with this aging mind I've got there's no way I'm gonna remember where all those are, LOL

Luckily you get maps along the way that reveal all the spots. It's just up to you to put the work in and back track for them all.

Re: Batman: Arkham Asylum

I just picked up this and Fifa 10 today. I only played it for about 15 minutes but it seems like a game I can mess with. The combat is pretty ill, I like how Batman beats down enemies. The graphics are pretty hot as well. At the beginning of the game I was sitting there thinking, "Why isn't this guy moving?" I felt like a moron when I realized that it wasn't a cutscene lol.

Re: Batman: Arkham Asylum

I know I'm late to the party, but proud to say that last night I finished the game!! I've missed about 6-8 Riddler's trophies and Chronicles, so I will definitely be going back to find those and play some of the challenge maps. Plus I've GOT to figure out “Arkham’s biggest mystery” lol.

As someone that has predominately been a sports gamer and has begun to shift to the non-sports genre over the 6 months or so, I am blown away by this game. I'm not in position or have any credentials to rate games, but in my opinion this has to be in consideration for game of the year right?

The story, the graphics, the weapons, the puzzles, the combat, everything is just unbelievable. I've never really had the patience to stick through a game like this, but this game was a well rewarding experience. And without spoiling anything, it is all but set up for a sequel!
Spoiler

I picked this one up months after release, but if there is a follow-up it will definitely be a must get for me. I now see why there's a 100+ pages in this thread! If this is the type of stuff I've been missing out on in the non-sports genre, then you can call me a changed man!

Batman has become the first multi-platform game to sell more copies on the PS3 vs the 360. I guess people really love their Joker challenges.

Re: Batman: Arkham Asylum

Surprised how much I'm enjoying this game. It reminds me a lot of Splinter Cell/Tomb Raider. Two games which I love a lot. I'm not through yet but I'd definitely get the sequel. Too bad most super hero games are garbage.
