I agree, but if they sign Westbrook then LJ will likely be on the bus out of town too.

Re: Washington Redskins Official Thread

So, I've been thinking about this McNabb thing, looking for a personal positive to me as a huge Jason Campbell fan. Here is what I've come up with. McNabb is in a position to provide Devin Thomas/Malcolm Kelly the oppotunities to have "break-out" season. What he was able to do Deshawn Jackson and others give me hope for those 2 guys. If they can't get it done with McNabb throwing balls to them, then it might be time to slap the 'BUST" tag on them IMO.

Sounds about right to me. Now is their year to prove themselves.

I actually put as much if not more weight on Shannahan than McNabb in terms of getting those two to produce more. Then again, Thomas had a spark in the second half of last year. Anyway, I think the play calling and horrible blocking limited the WRs more than Campbell, but I do think McNabb will be able to help them more than Jason... more with his experience than his arm actually.

At the end of the day if we add up the improved oline, Shannahan, McNabb and another year under the belt, if those two don't step forward this year they can definitely be called busts... especially Kelly.

McNabb wil make Thomas and Kelly that much better....Like I said, went to a couple of games and Thomas and Moss will be open downfield and JC will check down or over/under throw the Moss.

I do hope he do well in Oakland though, he is a good guy

Re: Washington Redskins Official Thread

NFL.com is reporting that Haynesworth is going to skip this mandatory 3 day camp and has requested a trade.

Fine Al rework your deal so you get paid $1 in 2010, 11, and 12 and perhaps a team would be will to take your contract.

I understand why this guy is upset I really do. I also get that this is another Dan Snyder move that has gone horribly wrong, but c'mon we just gave you 41 million for one season and you aren't gonna show up to camp? This is why the Titans never paid you. You would get your $$$ and "work" your way out of the league.
