Teddy Bridgewater returned home to the Miami area to play one of his last college football games in front of 50 family and friends. FIU keep the game close through three quarters in what was more of a defensive match up then the experts had predicted. Louisville was able to pull away in the 4^th quarter due to some costly turnovers by Medlock. Bridgewater was able to play in Miami one last time even though it was not against the school her originally committed to. The Louisville win streak is now at 7 in a row.

Next week Louisville travels to Indiana to take on the 5-5 Hoosiers. With the win Louisville all but clinches the Leaders division before their final game of the regular season against rival Cincinnati at home for “Senior Day.”

In what can only be described as a fluke, UNLV leaves Tucson with a 41-23 win over Arizona. We only had 70 more yards than them, but the 2nd quarter just killed them. I had three consecutive drives starting within their 35, 2 of which started in the redzone. Elroy played good enough on the road only Turing the ball over once while throwing for one. Senior running back Adonis Smith scored 4 times on the ground to go along with 144 on 29. Don't let that fool you, I could get nothin going on the ground; he had a 31 and a 30 yarder to bolster his stats.

Elite 11 news: Yuriy lost to Northwestern in OT, but they are still in the top 10. Douglas from BGSU also couldn't do it against WKU, turning it over thrice. Mark my words, he will put them on the map.

Lost to Baylor pretty bad, 48-26. Elroy threw 5 picks in the game, so at least I know I'm not invincible. They just flat outplayed us.

Yuriy and ND won over Purdue. He's playing average right now, whit Douglas upset Indiana 31-21.

Lost to North Texas the next week 31-24. Ended up 4-4 in conference play. FIU won the conference over Tulsa.

Oregon won NC against Alabama 31-24 in OT. Byron Marshall was player of the game with 2 TD's on the ground.

Robert Godhigh win Heisman award beating Braxton Miller. Miller was only QB on the final list.

Hey all, I been overall happy playing ncca 14. first time playing it since the ps2 days. I just got a ps3 last football season and played only madden 13. Mostly online, with a record of 360-350. I didnt play a season because it was weak last year but am playing a offline dynasty on ncca14. I am not to new to ncca but i guess im a little rusty, because i have been getting eat up on d in my dynasty.

Cal bears- 8-5 first season { got blown out by georgia tech in the sun bowl. they were the # 1 rushing team. )
i play All American( should i turn down the level for a season, until i can get better usering ? }

On to the questions.

1. Defensive adjustments-

Option Defense- Aggressive or Conservative ?
I have seen online videos supporting both choices. mostly on how to shut down the read offense.

advantage of playing aggressive= the D will hit the QB. i like that style, maybe the QB gets hurt and most people want to run with the QB now.

advantage of playing conservative- your d will take away the pitch man. user defend the QB and the read option is shut down.

Other adjustments- Big hits
Strip ball

I would like to play both of these aggressive. = more turn overs
but i know conservative is where i am at this stage.

Other issues- Man coverage gets burnt by corners and long in's/drags
zone coverage- some on gets wide open in a pocket.

I am use to playing Madden where you only rush two players and play conservative. Maybe i should blitz more ? bring more pressure. At this point, sometimes i think it would be easier to beat a human opponent then the CPU ?
anyone eles think that ? any help would be appreciated, let me know if i need to be more clear or you need more information. thanks

I pretty much started over yet again. This time around I'm playing as the HC of Army. Much better overall experience.
