Only available as Offline Files. You will require a Windows PC & become comfortable using Modio 3 or 5, or Horizon to transfer files properly using an Xbox360 formatted usb Flash drive. (not possible with a Mac)

Yes, a teams prestige rating can be modified in editor.

You'll probably want to drop this info in the 2019-2020 thread. I believe these rosters (2018-2019) are completed.
