do you extract the save data and save it as a bin file or save it as a MC02 file ?

Alright Khalib you need to write step for step what you did. Downloaded the program, opened the file, did the data extract save data. Ended up with a bin file. Opened the bin file in Notepad and what I see isn't readable at all. So you must have left a step out some where.

Can someone tell me what all I can do with this. It looks really cool especially the 1st step thing and editing rosters.

It basically opens up the games code. You get to see what the devs put into the game and modify it to your liking. Think of it as a larger set of game options and sliders. As far as roster editing, you are able to use mass/global edits on the pc instead of being at the mercy of the games loading times and the time it would take to do each edit one by one.

The original file is written in code. The beauty of the editor is that what we are able to translate into plain English is put into the editor so that it's easier for anyone to Just pick up and use however they like.

We are slowly getting to the point of no limits as far as what we know about certain values, which only broadens what we can make NCAA capable of. Unfortunately the editor can only read Xbox 360 files, but is not limited to just NCAA 13. I've read that as far back as 09 has been edited using the editor.

My bad...
Go through the regular process in Horizon in creating MC02 file, then open that file up in the MC02 Package Tool, extract > data which does create a .bin file, open in notepad and scroll through and some data fields should pop up.

All data fields do not pull up so that's why I use a combination of both Madden and NCAA.

This is the stuff.
Each file shows a little more or something different.
That's why I use all files.
