Just because they all weren't deserving of the ratings they had. Haven't shown it yet. I did alter Green's speed and did TMart's acceleration just like you (odd?). Raised Prince's overall as well. I took out the scrub LB's and made Jay Guy, Kenny Bell, Dijon Washington. And then I attempted making the "Peso" defense- man that shi-zit was hard!
Taking the LBs out is not a bad idea. Holt and #22 could both be taken out (I changed #22 to Micah Kreikmeier).

Yeah I took em out b/c of the mass overload of LB's at LOLB and MLB b/c of the "peso" position players are @ ROLB...

Re: My Husker Ratings Edits

I did my own Husker edits worth looking at, based on the OS roster file. It's in my EA Locker: BigHarryPeters (XBox360)

Players altered significantly:

All QBs: Lowered by 2 ovr pts.
---> Martinez - Acceleration, Speed and Agility heightened to scale better than Green's and Lee's, Throw Power heightened and Throw Accuracy decreased

HBs:
---> Rex Burkhead - Trucking and Break Tackle decreased, Ball Carrier Vision and finesse moves (spin, juke) increased, as well as catching ratings
---> Dontrayevous Robinson - Changed first name to look better on screen. Dontrayevou is now Dontraveus so it at least is a full pronounceable name. Also, upped his break tackle and trucking, while decreasing his elusiveness
***It seems like a lot of the ratings were poorly distributed for the HBs, Burkhead played with too much power and not enough speed and shiftiness, while Robinson was not nearly the bruiser he is in real life***

WRs/TEs:
--->Set WR/TE Mike McNeill as starting TE and #4 WR, you'll have to formation sub him in for some sets at WR though. Also his last name was misspelled, so I added the 2nd "L"

OL:
---> Mike Smith - Decreased all blocking ratings by 1 and awareness by some then moved him to guard (I think), as he won't play tackle this year unless someone gets hurt
---> Keith Williams - Upped his pass and run blocking ratings a little, he's supposed to be our best O-Lineman this season

LB:
---> Matt May - Decreased every major rating 1 or 2 points to bring him down to a reasonable 83. Upped his quickness ratings and coverage as he used to play safety
---> Sean Fisher & Eric Martin - Adjusted to 83 overall to smooth out the LB competition. It's said to be wide open this year between the three (Martin, Fisher, May)
---> Switched positions around - To allow for easy implementation of the Peso package through Formation Subs (see below)

DB:
---> Prince Amukamara - Toyed with some coverage ratings to bring the All-Big 12 CB up a couple ratings points
---> DeJon Gomes - Moved to FS where he will start this year, set him as #4 CB on depth chart as well
---> Eric Hagg - Boosted tackle, hit power and strength ratings so he can thrive as a LB in the peso. Moved to CB and put him at #3 on the CB depth chart. (see Peso below)
---> Rickey Thenarse - Toned back his ratings quite a bit. He was only a special-teams player last year. Big potential but coming off the injury, who knows. Moved him to an 84 overall with Gomes to fight for starting FS.
---> Anthony West - Moved to SS where he will see the most playing tilme this year behind PJ Smith. I put him at 3rd in the depth chart at SS behind Smith and Thenarse. Tuned ratings a slight bit.

K/P:
---> Alex Henery - Boosted Kick Power (Nebraska Record for Longest Field Goal) and Accuracy (Most accurate kicker in Nebraska history) as well as awareness. He is now a 96 overall. Fitting for the 1st or 2nd best kicker in all of College Football right now.
---> Adi Kunalic - Moved to Kicker. Boosted Kick Power near 99. He's an automatic touchback. After seeing him live during the spring game, I have doubts about his Kick Accuracy, so I downed that.
---> Brett Maher (Punter) - Created. He needs to be in the game. He's our future at Punter and he starts at Holder and backs up at Punter. Without him, recruiting will suck having to take into account a Punter.

How to Implement the Peso Package:
Substitute Eric Hagg in for the Outside Linebacker (not Will Compton, the other one) in the 4-3 Normal, 4-3 Over, and 4-3 Under.

How to Implement other Nebraska schemes with Formation Subs:
4-4 - LOLB - Fisher, LMLB - Compton, RMLB - May, ROLB - Martin
Dime (2 LB) - LLB - Compton, RLB - Matt Holt, 4CB - Gomes, FS - Thenarse

Dime (1 LB) - LB - Matt Holt, 4CB - Gomes, FS - Thenarse

Quarter (3 Deep) - CB4 - Gomes, SS1 - Smith, FS1 - Thenarse, SS2/FS2 - West

Wildcat - Using Colorado State/Pittsburgh/Cal/Kentucky playbook (similar to Nebraska's) Formation sub Wildcat QB for Rex Burkhead, Wildcat HB for Roy Helu, Optional: FB for Dontrayevous Robinson and QBWR for Taylor Martinez

Holt needs to be left in. He's gonna start in the Dime at our only LB.

Read my post about how to implement the Peso. The extra linebackers will only help you in Dynasty mode.

Re: My Husker Ratings Edits

Okay, my rosters are posted (clydebruckman) for this roster with my Husker edits, and also all the depth charts are set correctly for the 2-deep (none of this DT in the FB depth chart business the game came with).

I also did semi-in depth edits of alabama, arizona and arizona state, and worked a little on arkansas.

Excellent info on the formation subs, thanks alot.

As far as Dontrayveous, i simply changed his name to "Tray" in the game, since that's what most people on the team and in the media call him anyway.

I somehow doubt this.

Re: My Husker Ratings Edits

I believe Sean Fisher is probably the dime LB. But this fall will tell us alot about where the LB depth is at.
