Official Retired Numbers thread

Boston College has:

#22 for Doug Flutie...of course
#68 for Mike Ruth

We've 6 or so other retired jerseys, but no numbers assigned to them.

Don't know if Texas A&M has any retired numbers. However, #12 is not worn by any scholarship players, nor is it worn by the same player twice in a season. Caleb Russell was the only exception last season during the SMU game. He wore 47 the rest of the season.

If you're asking in the sense of the game, I would think the only way is to manually edit the roster if a new recruit is assigned a "retired" number.

Players can "ok" their numbers being used again though - Messer let RB Ryan Mathews wear #21 during his time at Fresno.
