Attached are the files in case anyone wants to make a conversion or edit the files. I have 6 versions of the file, v6 is the most current and that should be used as a base. Assume the v6 versions of a team are the most correct or updated, over time I made additions to teams that were in all or most of the versions of the file. I labeled all of the teams with their year in the team name so it should be easy to follow. Work backwards through the versions for different teams
