Definitely right man...

Wasn't there supposed to be another video or is that not supposed to be today?

The graphics certainly don't look as good as Live 10, the jerseys are especially bad. I don't what kind of texture they're using this year but the whites don't look white anymore. Too much reflection going on. Throughout that whole video I could have sworn the Knicks were wearing platinum colored jerseys.

As far as gameplay is concerned, the bad definitely outweighed the good. Overall the dribbling looked pretty good; definitely looks like you have total control over what you do. But one thing that is disappointing is the foot planting, or lack there-of. Sliding everywhere.

Also, the contact animations are really just too awkward to impress me. Just doesn't seem organic at all. The Salmons switch hand layup was just bonkers. No way anybody could have done that in real-life, it just seems that this total control concept might enable us to do unrealistic things that, ironically, defy the laws of physics when the big selling point of this game IS real-time physics.

Thanks for sharing Steve_OS....as usual brother your exclusive are great and nice quality.

After saying that, I hated almost everything about this video, from the poor camera angle that pretty much ruined it from the jump. To the hideous commentary, it was just so quiet and boring. These guys don't sound like that in real life what happened in the transition to video games?

Not feeling the player models at all either, look like they did go back to Live 09, even Dwight Howard and Lebron in the OS Screenshots looks bad. Jumpshots and animations as a whole are just not good during players movements.

No crowd movements or reactions or anything, they were Lil Jon crunk in Live 10, something there took a hit.

I'm with a lot of the other OS vets....just not feeling it at all right now. I seriously don't know what happened? I'm still loving Live 10, but Elite hasn't shown me one thing that says,"Buy".

Re: NBA Elite 11 OS Exclusive Video: Milwaukee Bucks @ New York Knicks

Where do I start?

Player movement looks "goofy", ball, rim and net physics are still off, but EA have already stated that wasn't a focus this year. The commentary is lifeless and made we want hit the mute button after the first 30 seconds. The animations and RTP need a lot of work as well.

It would've helped if they used the broadcast camera angle, I can't stand the behind the player camera angle and the camera swinging around after every made basket or opposition steal/block/rebound.

Before anyone jumps on me and calls me a 2K fanboy I'm just giving my honest impressions. I had high hopes for Elite so this is disappointing.

There's still a lot of work to do to get this game to the standard that a next gen basketball title should be.

I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but the guys over at EA need to scrap the animations they have now, and do a complete overhaul to the system.

It would be stupid if this wasn't first priority for next year. It's whats killing this series right now.

I don't know how much more outspoken the community has be with this.

The game can have the best controls in Sports gaming history, a real time physics engine(witch appears to be a disappointment in and of itself) but until it manages to capture the look and finesse of an NBA game it will continue to be looked at as a 2nd rate Basketball game.
