Stutter Caused by Camera Bug?

Nope. I played with this. I played with "Run as Admin." I tried to take control of the game from NVidia Control Panel. Nothing got it past the level I was able to get it to this morning. I just does not run smooth. Especially in the cameras I like to play. I pray Leftos and the other PC guys can fix this. It's frustrating.....

Yep same here, in my case it happens randomly, but it's always noticeable right in the moment the PG catches the inbound pass after a a rival basket. Don't know if someone else experience this...

I've tried with all The tips suggested here and in NLSC but nothing has worked.
