How are the draft classes and does the PC version have the awful record glitch? The record glitch alone turned me off from the PS3 version.

Re: Switched to PC - WOW

1. I don't know how it compares to the console versions in terms of quality, I have only played it on PC. I know I am VERY pleased with it.

2. I think it has as much to do with processor power and RAM as anything, but I could be wrong. I bought the Toshiba L775 from Best Buy about 2 months ago and wasn't sure if it was going to be good enough to run on max settings. To my surprise (and utter joy) it did.

This is the exact laptop: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Toshiba+...L775&cp=1&lp=4

The graphics card drives the graphics regardless of what display you're using. I have tried mine on a few TV's and a projector. It looked best through VGA on a 1080i TV, the overhead projector, and on the laptop monitor. I ran it through my TV at home with HDMI, but it tops at 720P and the quality wasn't great. Very smooth gameplay regardless of the display, however.

Re: Switched to PC - WOW

The one I bought has a quad-core processor and 4 GB of ram. Someone reading this can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the processor makes a big difference. I picked the quad-core over a similarly priced i3.

Re: Switched to PC - WOW

For this game, the videocard needs to be at least a midrange card. It's not a graphically demanding title, so a midrange card can play it, and a high dual core can play it. Clock speed of the processor is really more vital than number of cores.

Easiest way to see what you're missing is go to Can you run it on the web and let it do it's analysis. It'll let you know where you fall.
