And wattage isn't the only important thing. The total amperage on your 12V rails is important as well. So if your sticker has detailed amperage (and it should), you can sum up the amperage on all 12V rails (12V1, 12V2, etc.) and give us that number as well.

on the sticker it says

Output 375w max

Max combined power on +5V and +3.3V output is 150 W

Max combined output current on +12VA + +12VB is 30A

30 amps should be enough for all graphics cards worth the money you mentioned.

Ok if I have everything on low and then my pc resolution has to match the resolution in game, in this case 1024 x 768 everything ran without hiccup for the half I played

When I upped the arena to high everything starts to get little pauses when players are moving then when someone is at the foul line the game goes to the pause screen

Honestly rmc you should spend the $50-70 to upgrade your gfx card its really simple and this card should play most of, if not all of the settings on high except AA especially at 768 maybe even 720p plus it doesn't require a 6 or 8 pin pciE connector
