Yes, ive had this freezing issue twice on my ps3 slim now... BUT i have good news!!!


the first instance was when i saved my association in mid game, causing it to freeze next time i played at the end of the first quarter.
after reading some threads, nothing worked for me to get past this (either by deleting rosters, saved files, or simming etc.) so i simply started a new association and turned autosave "off" and saved my games manually after the game was finished.
but the second time it happened again. so naturally im like... wtf!
it froze after the first quarter.
the strange thing is it was against the milwaukee bucks BOTH times!
so im really fearing the deer now.
but nevertheless i took ur advice and simmed past the allstar game, and YES it worked for me, it no longer freezes after the first quarter and my life can go back to normal. i was maybe 5 or 6 games to the allstar break, so all in all i missed 5 or 6 games in my season... no biggie.

No score shown for the entire game. I had to check the score by pausing the game and viewing it from the top menu. Where the score typically shows for both teams, it was just the respective colors for both teams, but completely blank. If I shot free throws, the grey box for release information was there, but there was no lettering or fonts displayed inside. I disconnected my recorder so I didn't get any video of it, but I was like WTH.

Was it due to an update last night? I was playing with a friend before midnight then the next game the starting lineup for the same team was all adjusted and Josh Childress' shot type was completely changed.

I am the ADMIN ,
That is what i get when i try to determine the winner but the game is not in progress and it just disconnected with 0 seconds left and it didnt register .

What can i do to get winner his win ? It wont allow me .

My Player game. The perfect game.

11 first quarter points, 3/4 from three point range.
Half way through the second quarter I'm thinking "lets not take any risk, this game has freezing issue" so I save the game and quit and intend to continue later.

But now I cannot load my save to that particular game! I have a black screen after the loading screen when the game ask you to press A to continue. Seriously this is so frustrating!!!!

Association Mode

I know it was stated as a band-aid solution until 2K uploads the patch fix, but, if you sim past the allstar break, there are NO problems with gameplay, stats, freezing, anything at all.
This is still unacceptable, but makes the mode usable until the patch is out.
