I know as a rookie he didnt make much noise last season because we lost all the time. But jrue holiday a 70? really? after all the games i watched last season he was the best player on the court. he outplayed iggy in just about every single game. im not saying he should be an 85 with ig but a 75 wouldnt be wrong. but a 70 is.

Melo was number 9 on that list. I think Durant was a number 3. And Dirk was a number 4.

Re: NBA 2K11: Starting Five Roster Ratings

This thread is like 27 pages of people going in circles

Person A: "mann my boi d rose rated 2 low.. why he lower den d howard???"
Person B names 5+ players who's ratings are too low..
Person C: "Guys.. Center's have different core ratings than Point Guards.. why does everyone keep comparing different positions??"
Then Person D comes in and assumes the role of Person A.

I'd like to see someone take count of how many times that has happened in this thread.. It's just going in circles over and over..

Man i'm tellin you it just ain't right playa. Ma boi Bob McAdoo rated lower den Carmelo Anthony. Sumtin aint right at 2K, McAdoo at least a 95. dey crazi man! Go Braves!

In all seriousness though, this thread is just the devil in disguise. We're getting nowhere and going in circles like you said. Only a handful of people understand overall ratings aren't the whole picture.

If their player isn't in the upper echelon of talent, something's wrong. Even though that player will probably still play like they do IRL, they don't care about individual ratings, they want that big number to be in the high 80's to 90's.

The overall rating has driven people insane, a mass majority don't understand how ratings work, and it's because of that overall number. It's ridiculous.

I wish Dwight Howard at 88 was a bit higher.... esp when Bosh is an 87, not that Bosh isnt good, but Howard is significantly better imo

98% of these ratings are identical as their June 2k10 update (+/- 1)... happy to see them spend some money and time developing and improving their ratings.
