Love the hard work and dedication, and don't get me wrong, this is a great base file, but not looking good for Association long term. In only the 2nd year, there are so many 80's it's crazy! Orlando has 6 themselves. Is there anyway to counteract this? Yes I run 30 team, but that's to regulate drafts, transactions and a few other things. Have you tested it? will it even out and avoid the whole everyone being a star contract wise thing? It looks like well have some unbalance, but like I said, only 2nd year.

Wanted your opinion on this VTCRB. great work again to everyone on this project!

As you know with ANY Project I have Edited, I DONT look at OVERALL Rating. And here is the MAJOR reason WHY. 2k Releases a MAJOR FLAWED game every year. The Attributes that ACTUALLY make the Players play like themselves Cause a MAJOR Overall Rating Boost. I know Some Roster guys say, Oh you can Keep the Overall Rating Low, You CAN, but it WONT play right. For last 3 years I have been told My Gameplay in Roster is BEST.(I DONT compare because I dont play others and AM NOT saying Mine is best) If what they say is TRUE then it is because I Rate the Players To their Strengths and Weakness. Just like the CPU AI Logic is messed up in 2k, so is the Overall Rating Number.

Now on to how to fix issue. First I turn OFF Player Roles and Team Chemistry. IF it worked right I would leave it on. Now with Contracts for Players, it is VERY tricky.

Honestly What I DO is turn OFF the Salary Cap and ONLY sign Players for Team NEEDs. I know some guys WONT like that Option But I DONT stack teams. I Like to have a Balanced League and that is ONLY way to do it Considering 2k's Association Mode Logic is BROKE. You could Also sign a Player THEN adjust Contracts by a few million a year after Signing to keep things realistic for you. I KNOW it is a Pain, but these are ONLY Options I have found to Run Association and KEEP Gameplay, where I want it to be. Hope this has been helpful.

That's what I do not want to be bothered with. I understand about overalls, and I know 2K's association should be dynamic and not base it on a scale, rather than how well the averge player is in a particular association. I don't play with Roles or Chemistry, but I don't want to sit and mindlessly fix contracts all day. Salary cap off might be an option, but I don't monitor the CPU enough and they would go nuts. I only run it to be able to cancel any crazy CPU transactions like Lebron to Charlotte or something lol. As long as it doesn't get too messy I'll live. I like the CPU to have some sort of input in signings, I don't want a league that I've entirely created or else it wont feel legit.

Thank you for your help though , great work again. I'll probably post again a few years down the road as an update.

Sounds good. Wish i could have given you a MORE Clear Answer. I play ALL of my Association Games, so it takes me Forever to get where you are. HAHAHA. I didnt even finish 1 Association Last Year. This year i will be Playing ALOT MORE.

Thanks to OS Member B.A. Sick LATER ON Today(AFTER Christmas Meal) I will be releasing a Roster that has BEEN UPDATED with ALL ACCESSORIES. It will have Updated Transactions and Transactions as well

confused about this? Once in association mode you don't have access to use those guys. Are you saying to assign them to FA before the franchise mode? Not sure you can do that, or maybe an oversight. Can you explain what you mean.
