My ticket has been in since Monday and the only response you get is a automated one.

I have gotten the "Transaction Cancelled" message after successfully processing a 9.99 purchase of 35,000. The VC was never applied to my account. This happened twice.

I've logged a ticket with 2K and Microsoft, which I highly recommend doing is you've had the same issue. The Microsoft rep told me to give their ticket number to 2k, because they can cross reference it when researching the issue and confirm the transaction through Microsoft.

I have yet to hear back from 2K for my ticket, but I'm trying to remain optimistic that they are trying to find a fix prior to contacting everyone.

Y'all got a brother in me.

Gamer from germany on ps4 - the "vc history" (gonna need a hashtag on twitter for it, i guess :-) ) happened to me on monday, the day the PSN went down. But, as I've stayed in contact with a XOne user, that wasn't the factor... - cuz he was experiencing the same.

Fortunately, for me, I only played three games in MyCareer thus far. Unfortunately, I've spent my pre-order bonus, locker code, played games bonus and money earned in the companion app on iOS on my player.

Since today, I am able to log back into MyCareer and - yes - the proceed ist the same. 3 games left on my 10 day contract, all stats and so on. But, well - my spent VC was gone. It's peanuts, somehow, cuz my player is now back at 63 overall instead of 69 - but as you can imagine, I'm pretty p*ssed.

Support wasn't helpful - I know, we all and many others have ****ty (and other) problems - but reading the timelines of ld, ronnie and the support, OUR specific problem gets ignored constantly. My tickets aren't reviewed.

MyCareer - thus far - is unplayable. Earned another 11k VC, but I'm anxious to spend it again - have the feeling that MyCareer will be corrupt again, soon.

That's why i'm glad I play offline. For so long offline/association players felt neglected in regards to these modes not having significant upgrades. Now that we have great offline modes, the issues seem to have spilled over to the online part of the game.

It's a shame considering how unbelieveably great 2K could be if they actually spread their focus across the board. 2007 should've marked the beginning of great things but for some reason, they just can't get the complete package locked down.

I hardly ever play 2K ball online but the frustrations still reverberate to every gamer invested in this title and it puts a really sour tatse in my mouth as a consumer.

Sorry onliner's but help might be a while away...

That sounds unethical at best, possibly illegal if you spent actual cash.
