And i don't recall ever saying anything about snatching up a game just because competition is needed, not sure where you pulled that from, you might of misunderstood something somewhere. Again, some people are satisfied easier than others, nothing wrong with that. Acting like anyone that isn't going out and preording the game at the drop of a hat is expecting too much is kinda ridiculous. You realize your argument that if you focused on the good as much as the bad could be reversed right? Depends on what you focus on, some people can overlook flaws, others find them more annoying.

Hold on. If I confused you for someone else, then I eat crow. The joke went clearly over my head. But my post was speaking to the point of "not being satisfied" with one of the best games in the sports genre and using that as a pillar to pass. That's all. But, beyond that, thinking you were someone else that was ok with other games that are truly not up to snuff, I was calling out the perceived hypocrisy. Again, if you're not that guy, I wipe the egg off my virtual face.

I COMPLETELY agree with the person that feels that the game isn't enough for them in of itself. For me, that's Madden. And I totally recognize it as the best option and no other game would be on the radar. If BB was out, I would NOT buy that either. It sucked much worse than Madden ever did.

And I agree with it being just as bad ignoring flaws. Those are called "fanboys". So what derogatory term should we make for the other guys? 😉

Yeah you definitely confused me with someone else there then lol. I'm not ok with ANY games not being up to snuff and i will say the same thing about any kind of game i feel doesn't meet my expectations. Fight night champion(so called great boxing game) for example, don't get me started on all the problems with that *shudders* And what's wrong with not being satisfied by one of the "best" sports games? What's wrong with some people wanting more, or just not being as satisfied as others? That's the thing i have a problem with. Just because something sells well or is "claimed" to be great by a lot of people doesn't mean it can't have problems and you just have to blindly support it. If it's not up to your standards, that's fine, you don't have to buy it, or buy used. If you love it, buy it, enjoy. Simple. Hell, COD is one of the best selling franchise if not the highest selling game in video game history, doesn't make it the best game.

Can't wait for this game, bought all the NBA 2K's last gen and this will be my first NBA 2K this gen, so hyped I can't even play any other games, Madden 15 is dead to me after hearing about this game. Took off the Oct 7th and 8th just to play this game, release day can't get hear fast enough!
