Skill Badge Tiers - Gold, Silver, Bronze??

Hello... I like the fact that there are so many badges for all different types of skills and attributes because I think it will further distinguish players from eachother and hopefully the AI plays true to form because of it.

I also like the idea of different color/level tiers. I was curious if anybody knows what the difference if the levels will be? Percentages? For example a Bronze Dimer skill player maybe gets a 5% chance higher of making an assist compared to a Silver and Gold being 8% and %12 or something like that for example?
