This was making me pull my hair out as I was seeing the same as Chase was and figured the patch was whacked out on XSX.

Never thought in October when I've sent in a ticket with video about the rotation timeline error, that it won't be fixed in 5 months. That is garbage

It was more tongue in cheek than anything else, but it was the wording I was alluding to. Persistent implies multiple tickets or follow ups even if the initial ticket was detailed.

I've been on multiple sides of it. I've worked as a developer and bounced bug reports back to QA because it didn't have enough detail for me to recreate it. And I've worked as a BA taking customer feedback and sending it to QA which often required me to reply back to the customer along the lines of "can you give any more detail other than it not working?" lol
