The guy cut his hair a week after the season started, and it's one of the preset options, and they still have him with a afro months later. I appreciate the service but it is a bit frustrating when you clearly explain your issue in the initial ticket and still have to go back.and forth five times and have your ticket referred to three different people before finally being told "it's been sent to the appropriate team, we can't give you any updates now".

Isn't that rather contradictory? Thats like saying my child is very good at cleaning his room if I badger him/her constantly.

Most of the time 2k support tells me to take my issue to the 2k discord. They'll tell me that my problem is "feedback" when it's a valid issue and send me on my way. There's one guy on their discord that works for 2k and he barely responds to anyone.
