NBA2K 2021 RES2 All Star Sliders

A battle between my favorite team (Wizards) and my former favorite team (Knicks). I was using the Wizards. I probably have to bump down the quarter length to 10 minutes, but overall, these sliders work pretty well.

Good deal. I don't think I would change anything for 6 min quarters per se. Bump Lateral Quickness to 65 (I'll update the first post since I do like how it's playing). Let me know how it goes.

3 tweaks to the first post.

Acceleration - 65 (was 65/60)
Defensive Awareness – 50 (was 45)
Fatigue Rate - 40 (was 45)
Lateral Quickness - 65 (was 35)

Great! Looks like your 3PT % was low like I'm seeing. Let me know how that looks over a few games. We may need to bump 3PT Shooting up a tad.

First game with these. I play 6min quarters so just multiply ×2 for stats.

Overall I liked them. Deandre Fox torched me with his speed. Speed with the ball is definitely noticeable with these sliders. I couldn't keep him in front of me to save my life.

With that said, the help defense was extremely weak imo. I feel the lowered defensive awareness was more of the reason rather than help defense slider. One time Paul George stood in paint, never turning around to defend a driving Fox. Wide open layup. Super frustrated there lol.


This game was crazy close! I actually won on a buzzer beater by Kawhi lol.

The Kings only attempted 8 3pt shots which is low. Would only be 16 in full 12min quarters.

Overall a great start for some very solid gameplay and a nice set of base sliders to use. Thanks!!20200907_230307.jpeg

Just saw these changes after finishing the first game. These should fix my issue of the super weak help defense. Thanks! Will play another right now and post stats.

Yeah - guys like fox that are so quick give me fits too. The bump back to 50 for Def Awareness and the update to Lateral Quickness should help.

I'll often use the double on drive defensive setting to help on those really quick guards too.

Started a MyLeague with the Suns. Of course I had to play the Kings again in game one of the season.

This one went to OT tied at 66-66 (6min quarters). They torched me in OT and final stats below.

Overall again, pretty solid. Stats are pretty good as well. I did not like the easiness of me scoring 51 with Booker in 6min quarters though.

When I went to look it had him naturally scoring 102 points with simulated 12min and simulated stats! Really not sure what to do here. It's pretty easy to score with star players probably.

I think on ball defense needs a good bump up. Way too many easy blow bys on the dribble with pretty much zero help defense for some reason. I think once the on ball defense and help defense is better the scoring will slow down.

Think I will lower game speed as well to help with defense and slow the pace some. Scoring 66 points in 6min quarters is insane lol. You have game speed at 55 here. Honestly I think I'll drop it to like 48 next game and test it.
