That's exactly what I've been seeing. Defensive Awareness triggers faster help and weak side rotations.

I increase Defensive Awareness over 80, but have to watch out for the CPU/AI passing lane steal spamming since it seems to increase the Pass Perception on passes. My play test roster has a lower Pass Perception and Reaction Time scale for all players so I'm able to get Defensive Awareness up to 90-95 before the game becomes a steal fest.

I'm also using a higher Layup Defense Strength (Takeoff) and lower Jump Shot Defense Strength (Gather) to get stronger help defense on drives to the basket.

Maybe I'll be able to capture some footage and we can see whether the sliders or defensive settings are the true cause. It could be slider magic.

I'm working on getting some footage uploaded myself; I think this would really help. The more people who can capture and upload footage pertaining to the issue (whether showing the problem itself or a possible solution), the better.

That's what I noticed too, more/better movement on both sides of the ball;fouls also increased in a good way,I even saw the legendarily rare shooting foul on a 3 point attempt.

The steals are tricky,I reduced tendency sliders pretty far and it still happens a bit too much;it might be something we can remedy otherwise though.
