why 11 minutes?

The stats come out almost perfect for 11 minutes but you can do 12 if you prefer.

it is probably difficult, I find it is hard to defend. someone has tips for a better defensive?

Use the triggers to stay in front of your defender. Switch often.

25 fast points/game is a bit much, no? The average NBA team gets around 12 or so. Is lowering the tempo going to help that?

Yes it should, but I usually play a fast tempo.
