i just dont understand what is with the shooting..
i had put mid range and three pt on 85 and still struggle soooo much!!!!

for example shooting a three pointers with buddy hield this season..1 from 27!!!
how is that possible? i remember in 2k22 three pt slider was on around 42 i think...

They broke it with the recent update. It makes every game boring and a slog to play through both teams shooting low 30%. If they don’t add Luol Deng to offline rosters tomorrow I’m gonna take a break from this game.

I moved CPU 3 point success down to 59 and user up to 67. Now I feel as if it's more realistic. The CPU will miss even wide open looks, as will the user. I made a 3 point shooter with a 99 3 point attribute, and I still will miss some wide open shots. With the CPU at 67, it was crazy. They would drain everything with 5 guys on them I felt. But it could just be me.

Definitely noticed this the other night playing my ASG and first two games after the break in my franchise. CPU was shooting 55% from three since the update. I was shooting under 20% and it had been perfect all year through 50 plus games.

And cpu around 58 i think

Hmm, I use Superstar also (I mean, it turns to custom once you make changes). Are you using the sliders the way Schnaidt has them set up? I always create the powerful Cincinnati Lions and take all the Duke rejects, and build a winner. My first 11 games, I went 2-9. Also gave a small bump to some of my guys. (I just figured they were playing their digital a$$es off, working their digital hearts out, putting the time in the gym, and having successful team building outings....LMAO), but I didn't want to overdo it. Following Schnaidt's guidelines, I started seeing success, but definitely had to change 3 point success for CPU and user. I also bumped Close, Inside and Mid success for user by 3 points I believe. I still cannot score under the rim for the life of me, unless my guy is COMPLETELY WIDE OPEN with everyone else in the locker room. I run a balanced system, but centers around the perimeter.

So maybe double check some sliders. I started winning as I started getting a feel for the game and the players and the plays also. Hope any of this helps.
