Who's got the better value though of Kopech and Groome, I would think it's Groome because he's a little more developed pitch wise and arm wise than Kopech so couldn't you feasibly just swap them and be good or no?

Kopech> Groome

Proximity to the bigs is a big deal in pitching prospects and while they don't have a ton of age difference, almost all experts expect Kopech to fly up prospect charts

Chicago in talks to trade Quintana. Would either of these work?

Nats get: Quintana
Sox get: Robles and Giolito

Sox get: Bregman +
Astros get: Quintana

Can CarGo get Judge, Severino + from Yankees?
