whenever making a late game substitution the game would freeze and all that is accessible is pressing the PS button, either player in the box will go through animations or pitcher on the mound will go through their animations. Earliest Ive seen it happen was the 5th inning when trying to pinch hit for the pitcher and no one is in the batter box and vice versa when trying to make a bullpen move their is no pitcher on the mound.

I have yet to see this issue. That's a bad one though.

Is there anything that causes it?

Is it just an online issue?
