I don't know when. SCEA doesn't tend to say until right around when the patch drops.

You can.
You just can't edit any SCEA created players.
You can edit anything on minor league players though.

Knight you don't happen to have last years re-rated ratings for some of the current FA's do you? I'm trying to push them down since some are rated way too high...
