Ridins Rosters

I did not load the new one yet and tried a day late and had the same result. Stat gltich. I wish I had a franchise saved to help, but if someone could email me(ridin) a giants chise I would love it! [email protected]
Tks a bundle if you can or do I need to download them from sendspace which I have no idea how or what sendspace is

I don't know if this matters, but I just downloaded Ridinsfinal roster yesterday for the first time. Try that. A-rod is definitely at 553 HR's for me. It was also the first time I downloaded SCEA's newest roster (I did that right before I downloaded Ridinsfinal roster).
This is what I did yesterday (maybe it will help someone if they recreate my "steps":
I went into SC for the first time in a while

I downloaded their newest roster for the first time, and saved it.
I logged out completely.

I checked out their newest roster a little, may have started a franchise to see if the lineup glitch was still there (I was pretty sure it would be, but it was wishful thinking on my part) (I am NOT sure if I did start this franchise or not however).

I then went back into SC later.

Browsed the vault, downloaded Ridins roster

Logged out of SC

Did some editing of lineups, rotations, saved it under a new name.

Looked at A-rod. He was at 553 HRs. I thought that's great it works still.

Saved a Cubs franchise just in case.

Turned off my system, went to do something else.

Came back later, turned it on, loaded the franchise. It was fine, A-rod at 553.

Loaded my edited Ridinsfinal roster
Looked at it, it had A-rod at 0 HRs (not 203).

Went back into SC. Did not save the SCEA roster. Logged out.
Loaded my edited Ridinsfinal roster again.

Went in to check A-roid. He was back at 553.

Started a Red Sox franchise and saved it.

Turned off the system, went to do something else.

Turned on the system, loaded Red Sox franchise. A-rod was at 553 as it should be.

So, it appears that I have gotten it to work. It may have to do with the fact that I downloaded the Ridinsrosterfinal roster for the first time yesterday. I also downloaded the SCEA newest roster yesterday for the first time right before that.
Maybe that is the key, or maybe it was the aforementioned and the fact that I edited and saved it in a different name in the same session. I don't know, but A-rod is at 553 for me when I do the workaround, and also in my saved franchises.

Is there another player who gets screwed up normally I should check just to make sure all of the historical stats are working?

This is weird. Why is it working for me? I listed my steps. Maybe because I downloaded it and the newest SCEA roster for the first time yesterday, did some edits, and then saved it under a new name? Any other players I should check besides A-rod to make sure its working? This year's game roster database is SO SCREWY. Come on SCEA!

If I get a chance, I will do the workaround again and save a Giants franchise. Do you play with CPU roster control ON or OFF (you can't change that later on). What options need to be saved for your franchise that can't be changed later besides that one?

wow tks. Before you send(which I greatly appreciate) let me try your steps. I saved a edited ridins file as well. So let me try from there and then If I still get glitch I will post my findings.
I did not start the chise and save though, so I think this is where I am losing out
Someone mention texeria numbers are changed or swapped with arod I think. Maybe check his numbers

ok i exhausted every option and still get glitch. The funny thing is texeria is right at 203 hrs but aroid shows 87 hrs? wtf and then another attempt had them switched properly 203 to 55somthing.
I wish I had same luck as u but find it odd that you can work it. i thought maybe I would have luck since i did not load the new roster or log into sports connect but yep got glitch whether i did workaround or not.
I will send private message to you for the franchise links as to not annoy anyone on site with useless posts

It is a database bug. If you look the player takes on the stats of the player in that spot in the lineup, so the 87 I think is Swisher so he prob has Arod's stats.

It is something that needs to be patched to be rectified.

If it worked once, why didn't you save a franchise? Then it would have been fine. Not sure I follow what the problem was if you got it to work once.
