Ya they have a franchise mode.

I was asking what they have done to improve it or add to it??? Music, Throw meter, etc, doesn't add to it. Most games add new things to the most important game mode each year. There are tons of features that other games have that this game doesn't and would add to franchise mode.

2K's feature list is always pretty bare, but then VC provides a lot of nice detailed info in their dev blogs, which should be coming along soon, eh?

Yeah, sorry I misread your post. A create-a-team feature in franchise/season would be great, I agree.
