How did you convert a 2K5 roster to 2K3?

I don't have a xbox to test it in that system.

Last file was wrong. (NFL2k3 kickers and punters must be in certain positions in rosterfile)
This is correct one.

I made a small program/editor for this.

NFL2K3 is a cool game. Not as realistic as 2K5 or 2K4, but a lot of fun.
