I believe you are correct. You cannot add data to a game, you can only unlock data that is already there. He should be able to unlock the pics of the rookies in the game. But as far as adding pics for guys not in the game, I do NOT believe it is possible.

There are several rookies in the game whose pictures are not visible. If you can crack the code, you can go in and unlock these pics so that they are visible. VC will do this whenever they release their rosters. Finn has probably figured out how to do this.

why would the rookie pics be "locked"?

I can't wait to test this out :P With this ESPN NFL will be a lot better. I wonder if he can do this for Madden also and NBA Live or even NBA 2k
