Hmm, I enabled that in the franchise options, but you're right - I don't see any point where the game allows you to make those edits. What's the usual time when you're allowed to edit the rookies?

I believe...but am not 100% sure...it's when you are about to either enter the draft or right after the draft. Definitely in the offseason. I know on the PS2/PS3 when using custom rosters, I have never been able to because of the used up slots.

I am not 100% sure but I think you can edit them at anypoint in the season in Finns Editor. I know that you can edit them before and during the draft (so you can make sure you get the player you want) I am not sure about after the draft though.

sorry for bringing up an old thread- but since this franchise file has been out for a while, can anyone who has played it confirm that rookies were able to be edited or not in-game?

you guys are all missing this unless it's diff on xbox--

you can edit rookies any time after week 8 up until the offseason draft by going to the rookie prospect pool where you view them (sorted roughly by OVR rating) & clicking on anyone to edit them

thanks puja - my stipulation was just that in the past with the ps3 version, it gives the prompt that there are no more edits available - usually meant that the roster creator had already edited in-game the maximum limit allowed.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for saving video football this year.

I have no idea, how you guys managed to create the new schedules, etc, and I know all the effort to create the players, but to be able to play this years rosters/schedule, on the best football game ever made, is truly a blessing.
