Hey, great work on the roster, looking forward to more updates for ratings and details and so on. Just a quick question. What exactly is a franchise file save? I'm dying to get a franchise started but I'm thinking I might just wait until you release it, but I can't say I know why exactly. Does it basically just change the schedule or whatnot to fit this year's?

Hey Puja ...

I know that you have a formula for just about every rating you adjust. Had you come up with anything in that vein for the coaches? I sat down for a few hours trying to adjust them myself, and got overwhelmed coming up with a global concept.

If i can come up with something worthwhile in the meantime, i'll let you get a look and maybe even get some advice on where to go with it.

^havent touched it b/c no one knows w/ certainty what these ratings do & how they affect gameplay.

I can tell you this: it's really freakin touchy. I adjusted the Motivation and Respect ratings for the Patriots down by 15 points each, and from my simulations, the effect was extreme. They became chokers - Brady would throw 2+ int. in the fourth quarter, and the players seemed to run the wrong routes in the 5 games i played in coach mode. My testing was very short-lived, and i don't think i'm going to mess with it anymore.
