Finally, Created a Draft Class, though need help w/a small problem....

I'm not sure excatly what this file is but its not loading in the AR or the editor am I missing something here?

It's a .2k5 team file, so basically, unzip it, and export it into one of your franchises' draft classes using the editor.

Do you have AIM/AOL? If you do, hit me up @ martinomarbury, im actually working on it right now, see if we can figure this out.

Are you running .280... It appears it didn't upload correctly so check the help about to make sure you are running the latest version.

Yes, it's .280

I've been messing with this editor all day trying to get this to work ... seems like some names just won't import correctly... I mean, if you try the file I just posted, import that team into any franchise and you'll see Young, Bush, Leinhart, Lendale White, etc all import with names and all, and then some others, such as QB Jay Cutler, TE Marcedes Lewis, and others don't always. Still trying to figure it out.

I imported into a franchise started with the default roster and all the players transferred. Did you get a message to try and rename in game?

No I don't have either one of those and attempted to unzip the file but got a message saying it was not a valid XBOX save.

It's not an xbox save, it's a .2k5 team file... either way, I've imported them into a franchise save so you can see what I'm talking about, Jay Cutler will show up in the editor, but soon as you load it to your Xbox, he'll show up under another name, Jay Weber, or something else.

Oh I see but why not just have a Franchise with rookie edits,data and names in it and use as its intended purpose instead of trying to fit a file someplace its not being totally accepted (as of yet)..granted to export/import rookie draft files sounds cool and all but appears to be an almost complicated task in itself putting one together for the purpose of exporting into another file when the exsiting one doesn't have these game issues and would more then likely function just fine without such an intervention after all its intended purpose was intially set-up for use of historical files primarly but I can only assume Finn has altered and fixed this process still with some of the same underlying issues still presented here.

Before I even had a chance to fully get it in the editor the "Auto-repair" feature kicked in and ask if I wanted to enable it...I checked ok and 8 names were found and corrected including Jay Cutler I assume who is now Jay Weber, all this and I haven't even loaded anything into the XBOX only viewed them first in the editor .276.

It appears the names are some how not put in properly because it "Fixed" these names as it should due to this feature functioning properly and perhaps there is an error on your part not having them properly set up because like I said the "Auto-repair" feature caught these in the editor.

I'm going to run them thru the .280 editor and see if I get the same results in it also.
