cant wait to try the new numbers matt. Im sure this editing tool can really improve the game. I saw a lot of options, but as you said maybe its better to make subtle changes. After you make changes, please update your first post. I will try lowering the pressure too. Will just start from my unedited backup BIN file.

Yes, plenty of options. IF you see my link to soccergaming forums - back when I first discovered global editing towards game play - there were a lot of values I tried.

Thankfully, PES now has team strategies to determine game play. It helped a whole bunch.

I updated the first page as well.

Will this work with consoles to as a option file or is it strictly for CPU?

As far as I know it is for PC as you have to edit a BIN file. As far as an option file for a PS3 or XBox I don't think so.

Actually, all that is being edited is the option file - it just so happens it's a bin file to be compatible with PES13 editor.

If you want to put in the work - since I'm not sure consoles have an editor...you can manually input the settings since it is just tactics. In the game, go to edit then team, then game plan. Then you would just increase the said tactics to 100 or in the manual case = Max of their settings till the slider doesn't go farther.

As far as the individual attack value - that is where it will get most tedious unfortunately.

I remember spending an entire week with PES4 just editing player calves, lol. I felt that they were way too big and proportioned made the shoes look bigger than the ball at times. Turns out the issue was LOD (level of detail) - which in PES4/PES5 LOD wasn't created by kitserver's Juce yet (PC).

Probably too much info - but that's what I would do.

ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS!

Only thing is though theres

Player support,support range that are made into a default

On consoles they are intervals of 20 so with your setting being for 100 i made 20 or 0 respectively for the ones you mentinioned that ARE in

1. Pressing (All Teams) to 100
2. Compactness (All Teams) to 100 ( = Wide )
3. Attack (All Players) to value of "0"
4. Defensive Line to value of "100" ( = High)

defensive awareness? is not i think

so basically a team is set this way on console

Formation - which id leave alone for all teams depending

Positions switch - ?

Yes, make sure to find a solid OF that everyone would want to use for your consoles

20 or 0 respectively, correct.

No defensive awareness since that was an early test that failed.

You are correct so far up to the "ATTACK". That is the ONE value that is for EACH individual player to be edited. This is the beauty of the editor for PC, and unfortunate for consoles. You have to manually place a "1" on the players ATTACK value.

So for me, within the editor, all players value for ATTACK will look like this:



I need to update the first page and change the 0 to a 1 since it's just one of those values.

No worries about hijacking, Tomba. This is a significant change to the game play - and console players should have the same experience that I am - and us PC guys are.
