what if we use the editor to 0 out all of the kicker stats(would setting speed and accerlation to zero slow the kicker down thus giving the player more time to get to the ball)

The editor would not be needed for this experiment. Just open the "Edit Roster" feature in the game and zero out all ratings for one or two kickers, then either play a game or go into practice mode to see the results.

I should have mentioned several observations in my first response to you:

1. Reducing Kick Power and Kick accuracy below 45 will result in many missed FGs and PATs. Kicks are short and wide.

2. Low KP and KA ratings will result in very short Kickoffs.

3. At these low thresholds, Kicker performance is affected by Difficulty settings.

zero'd out rating for my kicker and the cpu just wasnt aggresive enough to block one but noticed when i zero'd out strength, the kicker was coming up short on field goal attempts from 45 yds out.

I never did on NCAA 13 or 14, but I did on 12. Then the game froze.
