How to Use:
You must process your files in order. Do your End of Year file, then your Recruiting file. Archive this season. NOW CLOSE THE PROGRAM!!!! You must do this after each season you archive or your links between seasons will not work properly. Then you can do the second season EOY and REC files, Archive then close the program again. I can not stress enough that you must close the program after each season archive.

This version will only work when loaded to a web server like Webhost000 (free) or ipage.com ($$$). If you are only going to use them locally you must us version 2.2

I've put in a change to prevent dupes
but you can just hand edit this file in notepad


go to jsonlint.org and it will format the json into a nice readable format. each season is inbetween {} braces, remove one of the dupes for 2016 (preferably the last one)

Upload the whole archive directory the first time.

After that you can upload just your newest end of year directory and the season file in the archive directory

Every time I click fill database it says " The given key was not present in the dictionary"

Ok I started all over from scratch. For some reason I always have trouble with my first season. After that everything runs smooth. Now I'm receiving the unhandled exception error whenever I try to create html reports. I'm using version 2.6, the last time I had this issue I was using 2.2. Pocket Scout had me untick the freshman tab, and that cleared everything up. I tried that this time, and I'm still getting the error. Anyone else having this issue? There's also several pages that are missing. The attendance, bowls, bowl champions, record book, top performances, top programs, and the entire awards page. I saved at the end of bowl season like always.
