Obviously I don't get it. I never said they were using hi-tech devices, just that they could afford them. I agree with the intent of your post, it should be easy to track. For what we all know, maybe it is, but I'm guessing tracking is only step 1. What happens after that up in the air. I know people can give a 12 step program on what "should" be done, but lets be real with ourselves, unless we actually work in the game industry, we don't know how to do it.

I for one have no idea how to make a video game. I just know I enjoy playing them. If I knew how to fix this problem, I would help out, but since I don't, I leave my suggestions out.

Even with every single "problem" listed on this site, I will buy the game day 1. I'm a college football fan and have enjoyed every game I've bought pertaining to it. Rosters not being "perfect" is a non-issue for me. I'll just take the challenge and roll with it.

The rosters are far from being "not perfect" mate. Some teams rosters have 58 players, and if you use that template for a create a school your 12 players short to start a dynasty. If the rosters were good or even average it would be one thing, but these are very close to generic some teams having 20 or so mess ups- with 0 freshman , that is well below par.

I hope that the fix we get does not just include added freshman to many teams that have 0. We need the original roster file that was supposed to lauch with the game, anything short of this considering the lacklusterness of this years added features and this game will never grace the iniside of my console.

1. 1 wrong thing = not perfect
2. I'm not your mate
3. I guess I could pick from one of the several other schools that have enough players to start a dynasty

Sell me on not getting this game all you want. Unless it's going to cause my 360 to explode, I'm getting it.

If it causes my 360 to explode, I'll pry get it just to do it and record it.

Again I agree with everything.... I could really do without team builder and season showdown. All I really wanted was a game that included decent rosters, right color of uniforms, and maybe medical redshirts.

So I just want to find out...what are the roster people at EA actually paid to do? They made it sound like, for years now, that they have a guy (or group?) of people who are paid only to work on rosters/ratings. I'm assuming that is their only task.

I realize that a "Screw-up" may have happened and that there very well may be a great set of rosters hidden somewhere on the hard drive of an EA-owned computer, but I just highly doubt it, and it makes me question what exactly EA is trying to relay to the community when they BRAG about things like "We've got a new hotshot roster guy for next year" and then anything like this happens. Where is the QC? I'm just tired of giving EA free passes, I guess is the moral of the story. They have the money. They have the resources. They have the time. They just choose on their own to not make the most of it and I think that that is painfully clear now.

I'm not going to take the easy out and say thanks to EA for trying to find a resolution, because a.) it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place, and b.) they're not looking for a resolution. The EA Devs won't be found until after the game drops, they'll make some piddly post about "releasing an update soon," and then we won't see them until next March when they start pimping up something else that won't work.
