reduce DRASTICALLY to see effects. for example, by eyeballing Tyson, he has 90/100 hook tendency....reduce it to 30/100 ( you can guesstimate the slider bar).....his jab tendency starts out at 30/100.....reduce to 10/100....66% percent decrease is what I aim, then fine tune it if something is still off.

For heavyweights: brawler type of fighters shouldn't be there....Tyson I changed from brawler to inside fighter.

Then you will also know the effects of the counter/aggressive slider.....play with that too until you know how it effects the cpu.

Cuts/swelling: reduce by 40 points on each, and you will get good results....Holyfield has high ratings on these and it was much harder to cut and swell him....Tyson swole up easier.

Once you play and experiment on 2-3 fighters, you will know what to do for the rest of the fighters provided you know their styles. I know a good deal, but aint no expert....some guys here with top knowledge can get this right to a science I am sure.

hope this helps....
Thanks man

Good to hear some sliders actually do work...

These devs have clearly demonstrated a complete disregard for offline...

If i owned this game i would consider starting a community project aimed at fixing offline utilizing your method...I understand how some people may think its a waste of time since EA ninja tuners the game every other week but its better than doing nothing and waiting for a patch that is never coming...

Now the biggest flaw is the lack of physical damage. CABS suffer literally zero damage since they're cut and swelling ratings always revert back to 99 after you edit them. I significantly lowered other licensed fighters' ratings, and haven't seen much damage there either...

I increased BOX POWER to 8, CPU OFF AWR to 8, and CPU DEF AWR to 6. (GOAT)
I then applied phillyfans one third individual punch tendency to Marvin Hagler.

Using Kelly Pavlik I knocked Hagler down three times and out in the final round.

We were both at exactly 50% stamina at the end of the ninth round.

HAGLER- 203-440, 46%, Power- 75-162- 46%
PAVLIK- 226-661, 34%, Power- 15-68-22%

Hagler's Endurance/Conditioning ratings are 96/98. Pavlik's are 88/90.

Hagler threw a lot of "power modifiers" but even with Boxer Power up to 8 Pavlik was never hurt. The extra 94 "power modifiers" could offset some of the extra 221 punches Pavlik threw, but Hagler's Boxer/Puncher style had him backward a lot in this fight.

The bodysnatcher/headhunter tendency slider has VERY LITTLE effect. Even with it turned all the way to headhunter, the AI still throws an absurd amount of body punches. What the hell is this!?!?!?

I just fought David Haye on Champion level using Wlad.....won unanimous 10 round decision.

I threw 503 punches, Haye threw 450 punches

of haye's 450 punches, 320 went to the head and 130 to the body. You mentioned that it was nearly 1:1 ratio, but the fight I just had wasnt like that. Maybe it has something to do with the cpu fighter's set-up...but the game gave us tools to edit the cpu to however we feel they fight.

Re: Fight Night Champion Title Update #2 Available Now, Post Impressions Here (PS3, 3

So I fought a guy online who used Ali against my Tyson. Ali tried to trade with me...bad idea. I knocked him down 3 times in the first round. This is a good thing.

I also had a long war with Tommy Hearns against Roberto Duran. There were a couple of flash knockdowns in the end. He knocked me down once, and I knocked him down 5 times...ultimately winning.

Now as for the bad...I used Bernard Hopkins against RJJ. There was only one knockdown in the fight (when he knocked me down in the final round) and he won by unanimous decision. There was absolutely nothing I could do against RJJ's speed and power. He threw more punches than me, but because of his speed, he was able to work the body, so I wasn't even able to be judicious with my punches and be savvy like the real Hopkins...there was nothing I could do!

It seems that the only way to win is to have a fighter with power, otherwise it's impossible to win.
