You have to have your finger on the back button (Red for Xbox). If you see your potential opponent cycle to another fighter just press it to cancel your selection.

It's a game within a game-LOL.

Do you think it's possible for them to patch KO and Knockdown variety? For example:

-Some knock downs should leave you hurt to the point where if you get up, you struggle and your health is still fairly low. Other knock downs should be easy to get up from with no health diminished (slips and such).

-Flash KO's should be rare and only certain fighters should be capable of flash knocking out someone...and some fighters (i.e. Marvin Hagler) should not be able to be flash KO'ed at all.

-If your stamina is low, it should be much harder to get up from a knock down, even if it's the first time you've been knocked down in the fight. On the contrary, if you get knocked down multiple times, I don't care if you fell 5 times....if the punch didn't hurt you, you should be able to get up with ease each time.

I understand what you're saying but I don't believe in this particularly. ANYONE can and should be able to be flash KO'ed. If there was a person on Earth who couldn't get flash KO'ed then the wouldn't be undefeated and never put their guard up. It should be difficult as hell to flash KO some boxers but not impossible.

No disrespect intended but how much boxing have you watched? Just because someone has a lost doesn't mean he lost by a KO or Knockdown. You have feather fisted boxers who couldn't bust an egg. This should be represented....fully!
