Jeremy: Coach I'm losing my mind. I'm in a slump and I have no idea why. I have just as much talent as anyone else her, I'm 6'6, Squat 410, 35" vertical, and I can run a 4.6, but I'm just not dominating like I should be. Coach, do you have any idea what I should do, I'm freaking out and even lost my cool the other night on the bus.

Coach: Look Jeremy, we all go through slumps sometimes, but its how you bounce back from it. Maybe if you take better chance shots you can build a rhythm and b good for next year.

Brandon: Coach I'm feeling a lot better today, and I think I can play, contribute, and help us win. But I think we need to let the young guys develop a little and get some PT. I think we should let the same rotation start that you listed in practice and bring me off the bench tonight. Totally up to you of course, just my suggestions.

Coach: Are you sure you want to play? We won't be going to districts already, and a lower back strain is always tough to fight through.

Also, I heard Eastern Michigan will be giving you a full ride. I suggest you wait out for a school from a major conference, but I thought I would let you kno that.

Durand: Honestly, height or no height, this is high school, and there's not a lot of things that could trump being 7' 1 . That's an easy bucket and assist every time down the court on a squad that knows how to play ball, and I might be going out on a limb, but I don't think Donate' is overrated, I think its the mediocre "talent" that surrounded him for the entire season . And Brandon, the reason I criticized the guard play, I was reading along some where and read that, oh my, Belltown varsity basketball is 2-8, WITH a top 5 center on the team, therefore, it obviously isn't Dontae's fault were losing, if you could throw Dontae' a decent lob, you'd have your "0 points, 10+ assists and a W . I'm only saying that Dontae' should be the guy scoring 35 a game and ripping 15 boards . Even if Dontae' is overrated, our guard play sure isn't making up for it . Its not even about giving the big guy the ball, he's not a 5 star center because some jackass saw him play and said "oh he's 7' 1, this kid is gonna make it big .
