WHO DO YOU THINK THE TOP 5 WIDE RECIEVERS ARE IN THE NFL TODAY!!!!!
Posted on May 23, 2009 at 09:05 PM.
You know i have to go with MY BOI #89 of the Carolina Panthers.. Steve Smith. This guy is an AMAZING wide reciever. Only 5-9 , he is by far THE BEST PUND _ FOR _ POUND and in my eyes ALL AROUND reciver in the NFL. He NEVER takes a play off and i believe he leads the NFL with the most 100 yard games by current NFL wide recievers.

If you disagree check out some of his highlight videos i have in my video section. YOU CANT tell me that theres a WR in the league who performs like this guy does .

MY TOP 5

1.Steve Smith (Carolina Panthers)

2.Larry Fitzgerald (Arizona Cardinals)

3.Randy Moss (New England Patriots)

4.Chad Ochocinco (Cincinnati Bengals)

5.Andre Johnson (Houston Texans)

Well it is a very homertastic view from you. I live in Charlotte and see every Panther game and no Smith is the best wide receiver in football but he is in the top 5.

The Top 5 Receivers I see are:
1. Larry Fitzgerald
2. Andre Johnson
3. Randy Moss
4. Steve Smith
5. Calvin Johnson/Reggie Wayne

marino13882:You live in Charlotte and see every panthers game? They do have 8 away games a year also. Do you watch those? Its your opinion man, im not going to knock you for it. You did put him in the top 5 so i can live with that. Hopefully he can change your mind in the 09 season lol and i disagree with you about Calvin Johnson, its to early in his career to put him in the top 5, but then again he is playing for a Detroit Lions team that went 0-16 so its understandable.

FootballSchemer: I can AGREE wth your top 5. Mine was almost similar.

# 4 Marino @ May 23
Like I said I watch every Panthers game. I live in Charlotte, it is always on either Fox or CBS, mainly Fox. I have Calvin Johnson on there because of his personal abilities not because of the team. But that is what is so great about a top 5 discussion. I respect your opinion though, and it is a joy to watch Smith play. I do like the Panthers as well, they arent my favorite but they would be #2 because they are my home team.

marino13882: Yeah i live in North Carolina as well and i never miss a game ! The reason i said Calvin Johnson was acceptable bc of the team was bc they have a horrible o-line and they have had quarterback issues. But you are right, the kid does have some pretty amazing abilities and only time will tell if he's good enough to be mentioned with the Steve Smiths and randy moss' and Fitzgeralds of the league. I respect that the Panthers arent ya favorite team, but im a Carolina fan till the grave haha who is your favorite team???? *just curious* I HOPE NO 1 FROM THE NFC SOUTH (Bucs, Falcons, Saints) ! haha

# 6 Marino @ May 23
I am a Dolphins fan.

# 7 marcoyk @ May 23
You can't put Chad Ochocinco in that. He had a horrible year last year. I agree with Marino's list.

Football Schemer: my tv stays on espn. Of Corse i watch around the horn.

marino13882: Oh okay not a bad team at all , i actually like the dolphins. ima also a huge Ohio State fan and my boi Ted Ginn Jr. plays there.

marcoyk: wow, your a ignorant person 1st and for most. You cant judge a player of off 1 bad year. Look at his stats and do your homework, Chad's stats are pretty damn impressive. And aside from all of that the guy is pretty entertaining to watch on tv. He can talk his trash and back it up and WE ALL KNOW about his infamous celebrations haha. Just do your homework man before you make yourself sound stupid again.
