Preview:
Georgia State enters senior night looking to finish off a strong season and clinging onto slim hopes for a conference title. Rival South Alabama are in town and they are still playing to get bowl eligible, something that the Panthers hope they can spoil.

Recap:
Conner Manning and Penny Hart once again combined for big games as the Panthers comfortably dispatched the Jaguars on senior night. Manning scored four touchdowns in his last game in Atlanta but the Panthers fell just short of winning the Sun Belt, as Louisiana came out of the tiebreaker on top.

Georgia State Panthers (7-3, 3-3 Away) | Arkansas State Red Wolves (4-5, 3-2 Home)
Preview:
Georgia State comes into this game mad after another road loss, this time badly. Conner Manning has now gone two games without throwing a single touchdown and after last week's meltdown there is again whispering about a quarterback change coming. Glenn Smith has been on a hot streak in which he has nearly broken the 200-yard barrier three times in four games. On the bright side, the normally weak defense has looked strong the last two weeks, making the job easier for the offense on the other side.

Recap:
The defense let down their end of the bargain one more time this season, nearly allowing 50 points on the road. However this time Conner Manning looked determined to prove his doubters wrong. He came back to toss a school record five touchdowns in this one to pull out the win in a shootout. Glenn Smith did not get his usual touches as the focus of the gameplan shifted to the air today. Penny Hart ended his quiet streak by racking up school records in multiple categories with his monster day.

Preview:
Georgia State are feeling great coming off their season-defining victory over Army the week prior. Louisiana is the team who beat Army first and are quietly in a position to take over first place in the Sun Belt with a victory on their home field this week.

Georgia State Panthers (7-2, 3-2 Away) | Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns (6-2, 3-1 Home)
Recap:
The defense held up their end of the bargain more than in some previous games by allowing only 27 points to a high octane offense. However the previous weeks game plan of giving the ball to Smith on the ground fell apart due to Conner Manning continually turning the ball over, leading to an early deficit. This game was by far the worst played and sloppiest of the season for the Panthers and is something they will need to keep their eye on going forward. Now they no longer control their own destiny in the race for the conference title as they need to hope for some Louisiana losses to help their case.
